Privacy Policy

This policy explains how RPM Solutions ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information through our customer portal and field mobile app (together, the "Services"). The Services are used by our employees and contractors to manage jobs, work orders, scheduling, time tracking, and related field operations, and by our customers to review and approve project documents.

Information We Collect

• Account and employment information: name, email address, phone number, job title, and employee number, used to identify you within our organization and grant access to the Services.
• Time and attendance data: clock in/out times, breaks, and timesheet submissions, used for payroll and scheduling.
• Job and work order data: photos, notes, checklists, and signatures you submit in connection with a job or work order.
• Push notification tokens: a device identifier used solely to deliver notifications about job assignments and updates. We do not collect precise device location — the mobile app does not request or use GPS/location data.
• Customer information: for customers using the portal to review quotes, invoices, or project documents, we collect the contact and project information necessary to provide those documents.

How We Use Information

We use the information above solely to operate the Services: assigning and scheduling work, tracking time and attendance, documenting job progress, communicating with employees and customers, and meeting our recordkeeping and payroll obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

How We Share Information

We share information with a small number of service providers who help us operate the Services under contractual confidentiality obligations, including our database and authentication provider (Supabase) and our mobile app delivery platform (Expo/EAS, for builds, updates, and push notification delivery). We do not otherwise share personal information with third parties, and we do not sell it.

Data Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) between the app and our servers. Access to data within our systems is restricted by role — employees can only see the organization, job, and personal data relevant to their role, enforced at the database level.

Data Retention & Deletion

We retain account and job-related data for as long as your account is active or as needed for our business and legal recordkeeping obligations (including payroll and tax records). To request deletion of your personal information, contact us using the information below; we will honor deletion requests except where we are required to retain records by law.

Children's Privacy

The Services are intended for employees, contractors, and adult customers, and are not directed at or knowingly used by children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
